Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Civil Engineer Luis Spinola founded Omega Contractors in 1983, initially completing a civil and site work project for a private developer. Today, Azteca-Omega Group has executed nearly a thousand projects across Texas and America and is responsible for new developments in the private and public sectors. In October 2019, the company celebrated 30 years with a fantastic celebration recognizing key customers, projects, and, most notably employees.
